This game is simple. Below are 5 weapons, each assigned a number. Choose one, fill out the form at the bottom, and see what you get. Remember that you can only play once per round, and may not keep trying different numbers.

- 1 door will give you nothing.
- 2 doors will give you a Platinum Card.
- 2 doors will give you one random card worth 1.
